1. Description of Service

We provide a VPN service ("the Service") that allows You to securely and anonymously route Your internet traffic through our servers located in Germany, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, using modern WireGuard® and OpenVPN encryption protocols.

How We handle data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which operates a strict no-logs policy.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating the laws of Hong Kong
• Distributing malware, spam, or child sexual abuse material
• Hacking, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access to other systems
• Copyright infringement (piracy)

3. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount You paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Subscription price: $129.99 / year or $9.99 / week
• Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay (App Store) and Google Pay (Google Play)
• Refund policy: full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 1 GB of traffic has been used

5. Termination

We may suspend or delete Your account without prior notice if You violate these terms. You may delete Your account at any time via app settings or by contacting hi@roiperfect.com.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

7. Changes to Terms

We will notify You of material changes 14 days in advance via push notification.
